The fix is similar to what I did. I could not stop TT from using Edge so I copied the URL that TT generated in edge and pasted into a Chrome browser and it work...
I get a message that says successfully downloaded return to TT only to return to TT there is no data being downloaded and it then forces me to enter manually!!!
