My deepest aplologies! I was looking at the refund $ for the wrong State. :( ugh :( Thanks all! The filing by turbotax was correctly submitted.

Thank you, but I called them first. They said the filing claim was for $47 and to contact my e-filer. So I pulled up my account on turbotax and it still says $5...
