Same issue for me. Putting in 0 worked. It kept rejecting our joint 2020 agi, even though we had filed jointly that year and previous years.

Had the same problem with 2021 tax. Irs kept asking for SPOUSE 2020 agi, even though we filed jointly.I finally put in 0, and that worked.
