I was supposed to get back $3927 so it was short by over 3600 so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with me not getting my 3rd stimulus or not

Yes I now see that there is a recovery rebate credit on line 30 for $1400. So what does this mean for me exactly? Because I have never received a third stimulus...
