Once they receive notification you put a complaint with BBB, they completly cut you off!! Rufuse your calls and texts stating tgey cannot discuss anything about...
I've done that. Been told it was sent February 28th and then March 2nd and 4th. It's ridiculous and frustrating. Never again will I go thru this bogus company!
