That still gives the 'Please enter an amount' error and doesn't allow me to continue.

Unfortunately box 1 for me just shows the state name (see attached), so TurboTax doesn't accept that, and I can't add the form in.

I am running into the same thing - Box 1 only shows the state 'WASHINGTON', and I am not finding any 14-character identifier in my Marketplace account. I found ...
