I just called and spoke with someone at TurboTax. According to her, IRS guidance says you enter the amount of the original mortgage if box 2 is not filled in on...

This does not work. It will not accept a zero with no decimals nor will it accept a one cent entry.

I'm having the same issue. I paid off my mortgage in 2020 and am trying to enter the interest I paid......Deluxe version
