Closing and re-starting TurboTax got me my second form from Fidelity. Another set of forms from brokerage were imported with no problems.

Same problem -- two accounts at Fidelity, and I can import docs for only one. Clearing browsing history and cookies doesn't work. I get a check-mark that says T...
