@rjsThe Tax Foundation has removed "an above-the-line" and now simply says "adds a deduction for charitable donations" in the Key Points summary.

Very interesting. @rjs did you hear back from the tax foundation? Do you believe Fidelity Charitable is wrong as well?

Are you sure the 2026 charitable contribution is not an above the line deduction? From what I've read it appears to lower AGI.
