No you will not march 3 due to path act anyone with ctc or the other eitc credit has to wait for path act to life according to to IRS.com.

You won't til March 3 irs website can't release til then due to path act sorry states it there

It's because if you claim the child credits or the additional credit you have to wait because of path act that's the IRS not TurboTax
