Yes it is a 2020 1099misc income I earned is in box 7 but turbo tax doesn’t have box 7 anymore on 1099misc

My employer sent me a 1099 miscwill I get penalized if I enter it as a 1099necmy employer was not aware of new form this year or does he need to go back cancel ...
