I went SCB Auto-City Penang branch and the bank staff told me unable to deposit it(even after 1year wuth SC account).The cheque still with me now :(

Hi Lingteoh,I called Standard Chartered bank and they didnt accept US treasury cheque.May I know you able to cash out through which bank in Malaysia?Thank you.
