Yes it does show that my refund is 1990 but it is possible that I owe the state money for public defender

I know that TurboTax takes out a fee I believe it's about $80 but I'm missing 600

I haven't really received $600 or the 1400 all I know is on my tax return it shows that my refund is 1990 when I log into TurboTax it shows that it's only 1340
