Mine is saying Same thing and ive never had this happen

I just got through to an agent as well and she said that it will be april 19th before i receive mine. No real reason except that they are supposedly holding all...

I tried calling this morning and they said the call volume was to high and i couldn't wait. So I'll have to call back as soon as i can.
