So since I see Form 8889 included in my return then I should not have any issue filing and Form 8889 will be filed along with my W-2, correct?

I understand that, but what I am saying is that I am using the Free Edition and I am at the very last step where all I need to do is e-sign and file and Form 88...

I did not use funds from my HSA at all in 2018 and the only contributions were from my employer which is indicated in box 12 on my W-2.

Then why do I see form 8889 in my prepared return? I am all the way at the last step and form 8889 is included.
