I see it when I log in to Turbo tax. My page initially said I owed $927 to federal and I would be refunded $458 from state. Now it says I owe Federal $469.

This year, 2019, is the first year I have owed taxes. Ironically, Federal took my state refund and applied it to the federal amount I owe for 2019.
