That's the thing, I didn't owe anything into my taxes. So shouldn't I receive all that back in my refund?

2000 is on line 19, there is nothing on line 28. She is three.

I have done everything correctly as was stated in the irdt reply message. But the amount of the child tax credit was not added to my refund.
