Spent 2 hours on the phone with TT customer service yesterday. Never fixed the problem. He admitted that it is a TT problem. They will refund your money but not...

Just spent 2 hours with TurboTax customer service. They admitted it is probably their fault, but could not help me or correct the problem. I will not use Turbo...

I don’t seem to be able to connect to Charles Schwab and download anything. WHY?? How do I correct this?
