Talked to support. Used this work around: go to turbo tax.com- go to my downloads-redownload St of WI-launch turbo tax & it should be fixed. Hope this helps.
I had the same issue. I called Support. We tried a bunch of things. None worked. Then he had me go to turbo tax.com. View downloads & had me redownload state....
