Because what happened was they over paid me and they are makeing me pay all of it back but i am not working i am a stay home mom with 2 kids

So even if i owe money to them do i get any money back from my taxes or will they take the hole thing and not get anything back

I have a queation if i owe social security money can they take my state and my federal income taxes
