Just as the service rep told me two weeks ago, my State and fed updates were applied on the 11th, and I was able to file my taxes on the 12th.

TurboTax informed me that the Arizona updates are not available as of 2/4/2020 so that the update process will not complete. Perhaps other states are the same. ...
