Why is there a section to fill out for a Certificate of Rent Paid if I have not lived at that address for 3 years now? This is not something I have had on my taxes before

I am not a property owner of this address, I only lived in that complex as a renter.

On the stat return it ask a question about renters and how much was paid I accidentally put monthly rate vs yearly rate does that make a difference

How is the amount on Form 8960, section 9b computed?

I get some inconsistent results in different tax software. SALT is capped to 10-40k, but looks like the amount used there is higher. Is that expected?

Import not pulling in any stock transactions-Fidelity or Vanguard
