My neighbors all get money back when they file their taxes and use the information we receive from our landlord.

I keep seeing a need to fix my QBI worksheet for a rental property I am not asking to qualify as a business. I don't know how to do the worksheet.

It says "Link to QBI Wksht should be linked to an independent copy of QBI worksheet with no other activities linked to it"

Sold shares from private company

I retired last year and sold back my shares in a privately held company. They DID NOT issue a 1099-B. Can someone provide me step by step instructions on how to enter the information into Turbo Tax as there are capital gains? Thanks!
