 I am filing my 2023 taxes early because I like to know where I stand as far as whether I’m getting a refund or if I owe.  I’ve been one of those unfortunate taxpayers who has owed money in the past and it can be extremely stressful being on that end of things.

BUT, this tax season I am extremely thankful and happy to say that I am one of the fortunate who are receiving a refund this year.  I do owe a little $ from 2022 so first thing I’m going to do is pay the IRS it’s portion, which isn’t much thankfully, then I’m going to open a Credit Karma savings account and put the majority of the refund in it, and then last but not least I’m going to take my Mom out for a nice dinner!

I’ve been filing with TurboTax seven years and looking for many more years to come. I’ve had plenty of tax preparers promised me a friendly estimate, but with TurboTax you get the real deal, the real score, and a trusting price. You get what you deserve at comfort and at ease. So when I found out my w2’s arrived way before the the 31st I couldn’t snatch my phone fast enough to login with my information. My username don’t lie I’ve been rocking with TurboTax for seven years ever since the day I found out you can do it from the comfort of your home and the prices are reasonable. I can write a book about what I can use my refund for but I filed early because I can trust TurboTax knowing their securing a better life for me and my family. Thanks turboTax. Good Morning,  I actually helped 2 other family members file over the weekend already because they wanted their return asap, which of course when they heard IRS doesn't send until after Feb 15th for anyone claiming child tax credits, they weren't too happy!  I'm attempting to file for myself and another co-worker today, but both of our tax returns are saying we cannot e-file and need to mail.  After speaking to an Intuit rep over the weekend it sounds like ours might be hanging up due to the Schedule C and she told me to try after today (1/29).  Sure hope that works because my co-worker and myself want to get ours done and refunds asap as well!   Then I will have one more to process but he's awaiting his last W2.   Love Intuit products for making my life easier 🙂

One of the reasons I'm filing early is that, since I have been using TurboTax for 10 years, it is easy and I don't put off doing it anymore. The BIGGEST reason I'm filing early is because my refund is MY money and I want it back. 'nuff said. Thanks, TurboTax!
