Missing/Delayed Federal Tax Refund

I filed through Turbotax on January 24th, 2022. The federal and state returns were accepted on January 24th, 2022. The estimated refund date was February 14th, 2022. I received a portion of my federal refund on February 22nd, 2022 and the full state tax refund on February 24th, 2022. I currently missing $1,400 from my federal refund and I would like to know when that amount will be issued.

I did not pay any fees with my refund.
