I don't need two copies and just want to cancel the one I just ordered. I only discovered the problem as I was downloading today and found out there is already software there.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
Yes, @xmasbaby0 is correct for resources to phone TurboTax. Also, they can be asked for support if there is a license code activation issue.
A refund may be possible if the product was purchased from TurboTax directly and has not been used to download the state for Windows, or download the state for Mac, or e-file yet.
