And I’ve tried to call the IRS but it says they aren’t accepting anymore phone calls. And TurboTax hadn’t been of any help. So i don’t know what to do.

The IRS is experiencing delays in processing returns due to a later than usual start to the tax season, a backlog of mailed returns, current tax season returns, and stimulus payments. Please see the below TurboTax Help Articles on why some tax return refunds may longer than others and steps to take if longer than 21 days:
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days

I spoke with a lady at the IRS yesterday and she stated “ they either need more time to process because they are back logged or I will get a letter in the mail with info” but she thought it was the first or the two scenarios and they are just very behind. She said to wait 4 days and check again or look for a letter in the mail. Not much help, but hopefully it’s just they are backlogged and I’ll have my return by the end of the week. Hope this helps some

@charvanness Most tax returns process within 21 days. However, some may take longer. TurboTax does not receive any updates on the status of returns once the IRS accepts them. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund. If it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed and your return was accepted, you'll have to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay. Please click here for more information.
