Sometime during checkout "Premium Services" was added without consent. When I try to remove it, I encounter a white screen. Shady and unacceptable.

I am filing federal and state with Deluxe. Sometime during checkout something called 'Premium Services' was added to my cart. This is not something I added myself. It costs $44. I'm trying to remove it by clicking "Remove" next to this item in my cart and when I do so the screen just hangs and becomes blank. When I refresh the $44 charge is still there. I'm trying to file my taxes but TurboTax won't let me remove this shady, unauthorized item from my cart. I'm going to go with another tax service provider as this is unacceptable.

It happened to me as well.  I went to the home page and reviewed everything again and then when I got to the options screen, I removed it.  It worked for me.  Maybe it will work for you.  Good Luck.
