When I go to enter Deductions & Credits I get a blank screen.

For TurboTax Online, sign out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies. If you're using the TurboTax CD/Download software, please check for updates or update manually using the steps listed here.

Using TurboTax Online. After the Final Review, the screen is blank. The File screen is blank too. Tried on Linux with FF, Mac with Safari and Windows with Chrome. Results are the same. Blank screen. How can I correct this so I can file my taxes?

Hi, I've done all of the suggested fixes, and I'm still getting a blank screen during a portion of the state tax filing. I can't complete my taxes without getting through that portion. As I've tried everything on my end, and many other people are reporting this problem within the last hour, I'm assuming the issue is on TurboTax's end?

Same issue when clicking review right before finalized. Signed out of account. Cleared cookies and cache, but problem persists. Even tried it on a different browser. Same thing.

Hi, I completed my taxes in Turbo tax, paid for the products and when asked to agree to share my information for other services, I declined. Now I can't file my taxes, whenever I hit "file" my screen went blank. I tried in different browsers, I cleared my data and cookies and restarted my computer and still nothing. Please advise or at the least refund me and I will use another.
