My final review keeps telling me my email is missing from my personal info but when it sends me back to that section there is no place to enter it?

This seems to be exactly what is happening. So there seems to be nothing I can do then?

THANK YOU for the above link, @VolvoGirl! I had the same problem, but the instructions didn't work for me because my email was already verified.

SOLUTION 2:

  1. Log into TurboTax.
  2. Select Intuit Account near the bottom of the left menu.
  3. On the Intuit Account site, select Sign in & Security.
  4. Change the email address to a different address (if you have more than one email address already, use a different one; you may need to create a new email account if you do not have a bazillion as I do.)
  5. Open the email notification that is sent to the new email you entered, and follow the instructions to confirm this address.
  6. Return to TurboTax and select File from the left menu.
  7. LATER, deal with the "Your username and email do not match" message you get on your Intuit Account screen.

I hope this works for you, too!

You have to verify the email that you already have on file. Go to the bottom left hand corner, find "Intuit Account" and select it. Then go to "Sign-In and Security". Then you will see the option to verify your email address, or to enter your email.

When you get the verification email, you need to follow the link and login again to resolve this issue.

Please see this TurboTax Help Article for more information.

Thanks for responding @KatrinaLO ! My issue was that my Intuit Account email WAS verified, and I kept going around in circles performing the same steps as you (rightly) recommend. As a last resort, the customer service person's Tier 2 resource recommended that we try entering and verifying a completely different address. Using another one of my gmail accounts did the trick for me. 🙂
