If you used the CD/Desktop version of TurboTax, then the only place your tax file exists is on your hard drive unless you took physical action to make a backup copy of it. Nobody but you will have it.
If the hard drive spins, you may be able to attach it to another computer as a 2nd hard drive and copy the .tax2018 file from there. It would be in the users\[loginname]\documents\turbotax directory of that drive.
If you used desktop software downloaded/installed from a CD to your own computer, then the tax files are stored locally on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive. They are not stored online. If you cannot recover them due to a hard drive failure, etc. you can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $50, an actual copy of the return.

The 2018 AGI is on the 2018 Federal tax return you filed Form 1040 Line 7
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947
To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
I need to see the adjusted gross income for 2018 and the amount we paid in.
@Janet McGuire 0266 The reply to the question directly above your own post has the information you need so that you could look at your 2018 return.

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

If you filed with Turbotax Online, log into your own account and download or print the tax return PDF.
If you filed with the Desktop version of Turbotax installed on your own Mac or PC, Turbotax does not have a copy of your return, you are responsible for your own backups. You can get a copy or transcript from the IRS. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
We cannot send you your 2018 tax return.
If you filed your 2018 tax return with TurboTax Online, please follow the instructions in this TurboTax Help topic to access your 2018 tax return.

@henryalph No one can or will email your tax return. No one has access to your account. Only you can access it.
You can get a free transcript from the IRS:
