I don't have the numbers they need for their online form. I just want to talk to someone electronically, but Intuit deliberately makes that as hard as possible.

I ordred turbo tax 2022, they downloaded 2021, also used my credit card in the sum of $127.00
The 2022 software will not be available until sometime in November. If you used the TT site to purchase software, you purchased 2021 software. Did you actually mean to use the Advantage plan to pre-order the 2022 software?

You did not file my taxes and I was charged a $277 for a Tax Audit Program not needed nor was there an explanation of the program for Audit Protection. I am not getting a refund nor do I have to pay back State or Federal. As I only $5 to 6 Thousand Dollars all of 2022 plus untaxable Social Security.

If it was an automatic charge you did not recently make.....then it's possible that sometime in the past you signed up for (yearly) auto-paying for the Desktop/download software thru the TurboTax "Advantage" program.
If so, you need to cancel that permanently, or the charge will show up again each November:
So I thought I was paying a fee to get my taxes done ( it usually is about 50.00) but you guys charged me over 200.00! I’m **bleep** near getting that back in taxes ( which is SUPER low) Is it possible for me to reverse those charges. And it also is telling me that I didn’t finish filing out my taxes. What else needs to be done
