Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

I purchased turbotax 2019 from Amazon. I formerly used a Windows platform and now am using a MAC for the first time. Since there is no CD drive, how do I load the software onto my laptop?

I cannot figure out how to access my 2018 return with the 2019 software.  2018 is stored in my computer.  I have never had this problem before, and I have been using Turbotax for over 10 yrs.  Please help!

I am trying to file for 2019 and it wants 2018 information.  I filed with Turbo tax and do not have a hard copy of 2018 why do you need me to supply what you should already have?

@Abfoster828 You need to enter your 2018 AGI in order to e-file 2019.  The AGI would have transferred if you were in exactly the same account with the same user ID.  But if you are not, then you need to look it up.    The AGI is how the IRS verifies that the tax return is being filed by the same taxpayer who used the Social Security number last year.

Your 2018 tax return shows your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.

If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2018

If entering the amount from your 2018 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead.  If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.

How can i get a replacement card ... i got one in 2018 used it once an lost it my stimulus money  was deposited on it on april 13th an i cant report it lost or stolen i dont know the 16 digit number an when i call the 800 number my birthdate doesnt match an i have turbo tax free version i have the account an routing number what do i do

I am trying to make out my turbo tax income tax for 2019. I don’t have my previous year’s AGI so i can Emile. Also i can’t seem to find it. I did it online on this computer and only thing lacking is my AGI from 2018 i think
