I received an error, Reference#: 4577-5728
When trying to create my turbo-tax account I was supposed to receive a text. No text. So, I switched to call me, no phone call. I tried to change the phone number to my land line. That is when I received this error.

Are you using the Windows or Mac version?
Are you installing from a CD or a downloaded installation file?
Are you installing the program on your system's main drive? (do not install on an external drive/device)
What happens when you try to install?
Are there any error messages?
Do you get as far as the activation screen? i.e., are you able to get to the end of installation, but at the end is the activation screen blank, partially blank, or missing?
Or do you enter the license code in the activation screen, but it won't connect to the activation server?

There should be a card in the CD case that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.
BUT......did you already install it from the CD on the first computer? There is a problem if you first installed the CD. It doesn't connect you to an account you can find. You have to call in and ask for the download and a new License Code. Hopefully you get a customer service person who knows about it.
