How to file an amended return

I need to amend my 2019 tax return.  Is it possible to use TurboTax to file an amended 2019 federal and state tax return?  I used TurboTax to prepare the return I filed for tax year 2019, although I printed and mailed the return rather than E-filing it.

If filing a 2019 amended tax return for a tax refund, the refund will not be paid.  It is beyond the 3 years from the due date of the original return to file for a refund.

The tax filing deadline for 2019 returns was extended to July 15 in response to COVID-19.  My return was filed in July of 2020.  Is it possible for me to use TurboTax to file an amended 2019 return (that was mailed rather than E-filed)?  Or do I have to manually file an amended return?

If you used TurboTax to file the 2019 tax return then you can amend the 2019 return using TurboTax.

The 2019 return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.
