Did you buy the Desktop CD/Download program or just pay for the Online version? You don't get a download from the Online version.
SJ.....at least on my system, the Access My downloads shows up differently in Chrome vs IE 11.
In Chrome, I can do it as you indicated.
In IE 11, I actually have to go to the CD/Download selection page before I can get the download selection....but it's still not in the "Products & Pricing" menu...but it is a link right close below that

However...IF I narrow the screen and get the hamburger stack and select "Products and Pricing" there, I can get the "Access my Downloads" (don't know why...maybe time to report the problem).
Perhaps direct people to the CD/download web page i posted here instead to cover all situations?
I spoke to an expert - he was helpful but I can not download because I don't have exe.
