    How to amend (change or correct) a return you already filed

    Are you trying to amend a 2019 return?  Has it already been fully processed by the IRS?  Do not amend if it has not been fully processed or sending it in can cause confusion and delays in processing.  Did you use online TurboTax or desktop software to prepare the return?
