Can not connect no matter how many times I do the car/bus/stairs etc.

If you cannot download your bank information you can type it in yourself.

Type 1099-int in Search in the upper right
Select Jump to 1099-int
Say Yes to Did you receive any interest income?
On Let’s import your tax info go to the bottom and click Change how I enter my form
On How do you want to add your 1099‑INT? choose Type it in myself
Enter the Payer's information and the amount

There is no link to request the password after I select J.P. Morgan Securities. I am trying to access J.P Morgan Securities.

Please follow the instructions here if you are having trouble importing your 1099.

If you are unable to import still, you can follow the instructions here to enter a large number of stock transactions in Turbo Tax.
