When I log into Turbotax on one PC, it will send the 6-digit code to my email . On the other PC, it will send the 6-digit code to my phone as a voice call, not text. How is that? and how do I get turbotax to send the 6-digit code to my phone as a voice call on BOTH or any other computer I use?
You can use your telephone number for access to your TurboTax Account by confirming your account in a different way.
To do this start to enter some information from last year's return in TurboTax. Be sure to use the name of the primary taxpayer and address information on last year's return you filed with TurboTax.
There will be a couple of other questions you should know the answers to. If none of the answers shown is correct, select None of the above. When you see the Welcome Back! screen, update your email and mobile phone contact information.
In order to Electronically file, you will receive a verification code sent to your email address and not to your phone. This is a security measure by the IRS to verify it is you.

To request your code via text message.
1. Sign into your account
2. Select My Account
3. Select Account Settings
4. Select the blue Security tab on the left
5. Select Two Step Verification
6. Select Turn On
7. Enter your Phone Number and Password
8. Sign out of TurboTax, close your browser and sign back in. You should receive a verification code shortly after signing back into your account.
If you are still unable to get the code to work through text, choose I forgot my user ID or password and then choose I don't know my email address or user ID.
You’ll be asked to provide some information about yourself, and then you’ll be asked a few questions verify your identity. If that method fails, you’ll get a phone number to contact customer support.

The only place you can get the 6 digit IP PIN is from the IRS - see below for help with getting it. @Chilchita19
We're unable to issue IP PINs and you won't find them on your tax paperwork.
