I paid for my federal 59 already but deleted my state in error went back in to complete my state now turbo is asking for another 59???? help

You used Deluxe?  Federal is $59; state is another $59.

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons:

 

• Remove Premium Services
• Remove MAX Defend & Restore
• Remove a state
• Remove PLUS Help & Support
• Remove Pay With Your Refund
