I break out the expenses separately. How can I include the 1099, but show the income which applies to each property?

As of 2/22/2026 I cannot download the1099-DIV from Vanguard. When I return to TurboTax after receiving the message that the download was successful, I just get the import screen again. The form is not actually imported.

Rental Property is sold in 2025 and Form 1099-S is received however I am not able to update the Form 1099-S under the Rental Properties under expenses

If I lived with my parents from Jan. to May then lived on my own and paid rent for the rest of the year and dont support me except pay for my car, can they claim me?
