Rental property expense showing "Not started" even after entering expenses?

I have 4 rental properties that I need to add to my taxes this year. I have not entered them before and was going to sign up for expert, but only if they can help.

I want to make sure the experts have expertise in entering rental properties to maximize my tax deductions including carrying over passive losses.

I am having trouble reporting the sale of a rental property. could there be a glitch in the Turbotax software?
