I have 4 rental properties that I need to add to my taxes this year. I have not entered them before and was going to sign up for expert, but only if they can help.

I want to make sure the experts have expertise in entering rental properties to maximize my tax deductions including carrying over passive losses.

I keep receiving "Depreciation and amortization will be ready in february" when adding my rental. So far, I can't file my taxes because of that.

"Depreciation and Amortization" for rental property is not yet ready. Any ideas when it will be ready?
