TurboTax 2017 won't start. Get error 117

I tried re-installing program. I tried selecting my return to start the program, same symptom.

Same here, also tried running as admin.

After over an hour on phone with support, I pulled latest build 17728 from MS which was not available this morning and now TTX 2017 Business is loading without 117 error.

Running TTX 2017 Premier under Windows 10 and I started getting the 117 error after the latest TTX update. Setting compatibility mode to Windows 8 fixed the problem for me.

if you remove the flash drive before the return was saved completely, the file is corrupt and probably unretrieveable
