My foreign accounts were deleted

I had earlier this evening entered in my foreign accounts (in other investment income section) somehow were deleted. It had pulled in most of the info from last year, so I basically only had to enter the new max account values. I went back in to verify everything was there properly, but somehow, all the information was deleted. Now I have to go back and enter everything again - account numbers, branch addresses, the whole 9 yards. This will probably take me another hour or two, since I need to go back and pull the info and re-enter it all. I called support, but they claim nothing can be done, including no ability to ‘revert’ to a the time when the information was all there. I also cannot clear my return and start again, which might actually be faster, as I’ve already paid the fee. Does anyone know if this is correct - that there is really no ability for support to revert my return to an earlier time in the process? It doesn’t make sense why the information was deleted, and less sense that they can’t revert. Is there really no solution to make this faster, especially considering this is some sort of an error on the softwares part - I never agreed for them to delete the info I had already entered

Yes, regardless of the reason, there is no function in TurboTax Online to retrieve a prior version of your return. You may find that TurboTax Desktop is a better option for your tax situation. See How do I switch from TurboTax Online to the TurboTax software?
