w-2 form, box 12a, has code II, that code is not listed on the -select- options. how do I complete this box?

Clear cache and cookies on your web browser. Or change your browser to one these which you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge

This TurboTax Help explains box 12, code II. It states:

II: Medicaid waiver payments excluded from gross income under Notice 2014-7

This TurboTax Help states:

I received a W-2 and Box 12 has code II

If your W-2 includes an amount in Box 1 and Box 12 for tax-exempt Medicare waiver payments from In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), you should request a corrected W-2 as your payments should only be reflected in Box 12.

If you cannot get a corrected W-2, follow the instructions in the TurboTax Help.
