Utilities vs Communication Expenses

Hello everyone.

I filed my own taxes last year using TurboTax and claimed my home office as a deduction. I am trying to do the same now but noticed that when comparing this years taxes to last years, TurboTax claims I entered "$250.00" on Communication Expenses. When I reviewed my 2018 tax return, I had nothing for Communications. The $250.00 was actually for Utilities. However, I am not given an option to input Utilities this year. Why the difference? Thanks in advance.

Also,  On Schedule C Communications goes on line 25 with Utilities

Communication and Utilities go to schedule C line 25 even though they are split out separately in the interview steps.   I enter $100 under Communications and $200 under Utilities and $300 showed up on Schedule C line 25 Utilities.

Thank you - is this an option if the simplified home office deduction is not selected?
