My AGI for 2019 was 8,515.00 but your program will not accept it. Again can I cancel this return and take it to another company, and refund my payment

ENTER 0 FOR AGI. The IRS took a long time last year to process 2019 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return again.
