Only sprintax supports F1 visa filing. Customer support had no idea on how to reach out to the finance division and clarify the refund request. Filed around 3 intuit refund request and it keeps getting closed without any response.
Refunds of the online fee is not done ... you can use the program up until you decide to register the account and view the entire return. So payment of the fee indicates you are satisfied with the program and the fees are no longer refundable. This is why no one knows how to refund them.
@joaquin817 You posted that to a thread that is not related at all to your issue.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

I'm also having this same problem I keep filing and somehow it's getting closed
As stated above the TurboTax online software isn't paid for until the return is completed. At that point you are asked to pay for the software before you are able to file. Once it's paid for then it's used - you could have printed and mailed your return in and TurboTax would have no way of knowing. They do not offer refunds for the software after that point.
If you still need to contact TurboTax, though, use this link to do so.
