My return was rejected with the following:
IND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records.
Upon review of my IRS transcript I found that the AGI per computer was different from the AGI in my TurboTax submission.
I updated the AGI to reflect the per computer value and resubmitted but the return was again rejected.
I provided the AGI per computer for both me and my wife was we file Married Jointly.
Please advise on how I can correct this issue and file electronically
I can't advice why, but would also like to know because I was having the same issue.
I tried to enter 0 but was rejected again. Last year was a paper return.
I was rejected. I called twice and was run through Rcovery and it did not work. The second call told me I had to do my taxes over again! I am not happy with you!
error while filing the return: cliams , that IRS did not received the estimated tax payments.(Form 2210).
Just talked to IRS on phone, they have received the estimated tax payments.

If the IRS has rejected both the correct 2019 AGI and the 0 for the AGI then your only other option is to print and mail the tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to print and mail a tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online/01/26258
I am having the same issue on our returns. Is the consensus that we have to manually file by mail?

That would depend. When you submit your return, what error are you receiving exactly?
I am having the same issue and tried both 2019 AGI and 0. My 2019 return was just processed last month and my advocate said to enter 0 if filing before March 1 and AGI after March 1. My account at the IRS says March 15 for electronic filing. Should I wait until March 15 and try again?
It keeps referring to a return that was filed two weeks ago and I did not file anything two weeks ago.
How do I get help on how I am to correct my return from being rejected???
I would like to talk to someone about my rejected return, is that possible ??
